Global Trade Item Numbers (GTIN) are historically more commonly known as APN, EAN, UPC or TUN numbers. GTINs are used to uniquely identify products or services. There is a minimum period of one year membership subscription. If a company intends to apply for the SME Corp Business Accelerator Program (BAP), a minimum of 3 years membership subscription is required in order to be eligible for the grant.

Yes. GHDP works based on GS1 standard of Global Location Number (GLN). GLN is the GS1 Identification Key used for any location (physical, operational or legal) that needs to be identified for use in the supply chain. GS1 is the provider of GLN, hence company needs to be a member of GS1 as a prerequisite
No. Serunai Commerce will revise the yearly rates where necessary and notify subscribers 3 months prior to the expiry of term.
A company wishing to terminate their GHDP membership subscription needs to provide Serunai Commerce 3 months notice of the intetion to terminate. Any fees paid by the copmay to Serunai Commerce, including the Data Pool Registration Fee, the Annual Fee, etc will not be refunded upon termination.
No. Serunai Customer Service will send an email reminder 3 months prior to the expiry to request the company to confirm their membership renewal.
